How do I earn VIP Pointes?

For every dollar you spend, you’ll receive 5% back in VIP Pointes. For example, if you spend $100, you’ll earn $5 in VIP Pointes to use on a future purchase.

How do I redeem my VIP Pointes?

Your earned VIP Pointes can be used in-store on your next visit. Just provide your registered details at checkout, and we’ll apply your rewards.

Do VIP Pointes expire?

Yes, VIP Pointes expire 12 months from the date they are earned, so be sure to use them before they expire!

Can I use my VIP Pointes online?

At this time, VIP Pointes can only be redeemed in-store. Stay tuned for future updates!

Can I combine VIP Pointes with other discounts or promotions?

VIP Pointes cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts but can be used on regular-priced items.

Can I check my VIP Pointes balance?

Yes! You can check your balance in-store with our staff.

Do I earn VIP Pointes on all purchases?

VIP Pointes are only earned on purchases in store. Certain items such as gift cards may also be excluded.

What happens to my VIP Pointes if I return an item?

If you return an item, the VIP Pointes earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
