Freight and Delivery Information
All products are picked, packed and shipped from Wellington, New Zealand.
All products are sent within New Zealand by Courier with Track and Trace.
Delivery on orders processed by 10.00am, is usually 1-2 working days, please add an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries. Please note our dispatch days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
In most cases we will send via Courier Post in a compostable courier bag. For more information on our bags, please visit www.r3pack.co.nz
Above delivery times are approximate and most parcels are delivered within this time frame. There are some instances where delays occur that are out of our control, in these instances we cannot take responsibility but give you our assurance that we will do our upmost to ensure that any problem is solved as soon as possible and that delivery takes place without further delay. Delays may also occur due to non-availability of the product ordered.
Delivery is currently only available within New Zealand. If you wish to send something overseas please contact us directly for more details.
All website transactions are processed using credit or debit card.
Orders will be processed once payment has been cleared.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Please select your items carefully as we will not provide a refund for change of mind purchases.
Please contact us immediately at Dance Stop and we will fulfill our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
The exchange of goods is subject to availability. Please direct all exchange enquiries to Dance Stop within 7 days. The customer will incur any shipping costs for goods to be exchanged. The exchanged item will be sent after the returned goods have been received and been through our quality control check. Please ensure items are returned in their original unused condition with tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are in used or damaged condition. Please be aware that you will also incur any additional freight charges for delivery of the replacement item.
