Freight and Delivery Information

All products are picked, packed and shipped from Lower Hutt, New Zealand.

All products are sent within New Zealand by Courier with Track and Trace. We HIGHLY RECOMEND you select delivery with Signature to ensure the safe arrival of your parcel.

Delivery on orders processed by 10.00am, is usually 1-2 working days, please add an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries. Please note our dispatch days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

In most cases we will send via NZ Post in a compostable courier bag. For more information on our bags, please visit www.r3pack.co.nz

Above delivery times are approximate and most parcels are delivered within this time frame. There are some instances where delays occur that are out of our control, in these instances we cannot take responsibility but give you our assurance that we will do our upmost to ensure that any problem is solved as soon as possible and that delivery takes place without further delay. Delays may also occur due to non-availability of the product ordered.

Delivery is currently only available within New Zealand. If you wish to send something overseas please contact us directly for more details.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy

If you have changed your mind, or selected the wrong item you can request an exchange or full refund within 14 days of purchase.

-Your items must be returned unworn, in their original condition with intact labelling or packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are in used or damaged condition.

-Please be aware that you will incur any additional freight charges for delivery of the replacement item. Shipping costs will not be refunded due to change of mind returns.

-Pointe shoes, demi pointe shoes, hosiery, under garments and sale items cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty or an incorrect item was received.
