Yes we will be open at level 2!
Its not quite business as usual and in order for us to keep safe and to keep our customers safe we will need to make a few changes as we follow the governments guidelines.

For our customers:
-Please ensure you stay home if you or someone you know are unwell or showing flu like symptoms.
-To enable us to ensure 2m distancing between us at all times we will only be allowing 1 customer in store at a time.
-We encourage the use of face masks and hand sanitizer in store.
-Try socks for shoe fittings will no longer be available. Please bring your own clean dance socks to try shoes.
-All pointe shoe fittings must be booked in advance. We also encourage you to book in advance for multiple shoe fittings ie. jazz tap and ballet.
General Procedures:
Please be advised that we will do everything we can to ensure high hygiene practices including but not limited to;
-Providing Hand sanitizer for customers on entry.
-Wiping down all common surfaces frequently during the day ie; Door handles, benches and eftpos machine.
-Ensuring staff wash hands frequently and follow strict hygiene practices.
Suppliers:
We have been working closely with suppliers during this time and although our supply lines are strong some of our international suppliers are running with skeleton crews, reduced hours or are closed for the foreseeable future. Please note there will be some delays on stock arriving from overseas and some items may not be able to be sourced from our usual channels. We will be doing everything possible to source products from alternative avenues during this time.
